The challenges of K-ryole

K-Ryole needed to quickly and independently train its teams and customers in the use and maintenance of its products. Three main goals:

  • Customer satisfaction: Empowering customers in handling vehicles through multilingual supports combining visual instructions, quizzes and implementation via videos accessible without a user account.
  • Productivity: Freeing the Support Department from the most common time-consuming requests through step-by-step resources.
  • Reduction of training costs: Allow asynchronous training and for customers around the world, by experts & focus them on tasks with higher added value.
